For food grade mold
Applications:Used for the duplication of chocolate,sugar and cake mold.
The raw materials of food grade silicone rubber are composed by part A and part B,part B is platinum curing agent.This product mainly used for food mold,such as chocolate mold,sugar mold,cake mold and so on,it’s no harm to human body.
- Passed the FDA certificate,the platinum curing agent is non-toxic and tasteless
- Heat resistance up to 250℃
- Low shrinkage,easy to operate and cured at room temperature
- Duplicate many times and long service life
- Stirring the part A and part B evenly according to the ratio of 1:1 by weight
- Vacuum the bubbles about 5-10 minutes
- Pouring the mixture onto the original mold and rise the temperature to accelerate the curing time if necessary
- It will complete cured about 4-6 hours at room temperature
- It can put into use after the mold cured for 10 hours
- Please take a small amount to test before use to master the skills and avoid wasting.
- Mixing the product according to the factory standard,too much error will affect the performance of the mold.
- This series products of addition platinum will happen toxic reaction with Tin, phosphorus, ammonium, chloride, carboxylic acid, thiol, hydroxyl and other compounds.
